I’m Kriss Judd, a wordslinger, content creator, and essayist. From a 250 word blog post to 3500 word lead magnet, from a 500 word email to a 50 word social media piece, I’m the scribe you want supporting your business. Why, you ask? Because I have more than 30 years of experience in the mental health field. Not as a practitioner, mind you; I don’t have the alphabet soup after my name.
Instead, my experience is that of a person who lives with mental illness. And I have for most of my life. I write in the self-improvement, personal development, and counseling arena because it’s changed my life. Now I want to help you help your clients change theirs.
The first thing I remember writing was a poem when I was about five years old. My mother kept it on the refrigerator for years. Then I wrote my first book when I was eight, about a rock whose use of prosthetic legs had him accused of larceny. Fortunately, he was eventually exonerated.
My goal is to make a powerful, significant, positive impact in the lives of others, while maintaining both compassion and a sense of humor. To practice what I preach. To always remember that joy, self-care, hope, and laughter are absolutely vital in my life, your life, and your clients’ lives. And to sound my barbaric yawp over the rooftops of the world.
